Always extremely fast and polite service. I have never had to call over the phone, no matter what time of day/night. Chat sessions start almost instantly. Representatives are knowledgeable and able to resolve and problems or questions I have right then and there. The only thing is if something that requires time, like domain transfers, which they make very easy by just filling out a simple form and it is taken care of ASAP.
